Business Development & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer outreach and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized support and acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products / services and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential customers and clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and generate reports as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
Business Development & Customer Service Representative Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
