What you’ll need (Required)
Bachelor's Degree + 10 years previous in IT demonstrably solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and / or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex / novel system implementations.
What else we look for (Preferred)
- Experience with development and creation of IT processes and policies as it relates to Change Management / Control, Compliance, Governance, and Vendor Management.
- Experience analyzing and determining the appropriate course of action for non-compliance / conformance deviations.
- Salesforce configuration experience
- APEX coding experience
- Lightning development experience
- Metadata repository & deployments experience
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for data manipulation and retrieval.
- Experience with Atlassian tools.
- Experience working in a global, Agile environment.
- Experience executing software development work.
- Relevant industry experience (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments
- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
