We're looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team of approx. 70+ skilled machinists in our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities.
Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts by creating CNC programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.
Starting pay ranges from $21 - $38 / hr, with an additional 10% Shift Differential and generous perks and benefits including :

What you'll need to succeed :
- 3+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe or Milling machines is required.
- Ability to program using Mastercam and / or Mazatrol is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
- Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
Responsibilities include :
- Set up, Program and Run CNC Lathes or CNC Milling Centers
- Inspect your own parts
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
- Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
- Maintain a safe working environment
