We’re on the hunt for a Site Medical Director to join a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Santa Rosa!
This non-profit has 10 locations and has been providing Primary Care, Dental, and Mental Health services to the residents of Sonoma County for over 30 years.

As the Medical Director , you’ll be responsible for :
- Supervision and development of the provider team
- Participation in quality improvement meetings
- Working closely with the CMO to develop and implement guidelines and protocols
- Leading staff meetings, QI processes and trainings

Requirements :
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- CA Medical License
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Leadership experience in an outpatient Primary Care setting
