Responsibilities :
Answerincoming calls with prompt and friendly customer service
Service client accounts and accurately process policyendorsements
Actively solicit new business policyadditions and referrals at every service contact
Identifythe customers coverage needs recommend coverage and prepare ratingquotes and proposals using the agencys rating and managementsystem
Process renewals and remarket them asneeded
Complete account reviews updating and ensuring theaccuracy of client and policy information
Listen andrespond to customer needs and concerns to maximize retention andloyalty

EducationRequired :
High School diploma orequivalent
