- Supervise the progress of improvement efforts and integrate prior initiatives
- Train new and existing employees on lean tools and onsite programs
- Coach and develop leaders to adopt lean concepts and techniques
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to improve current processes and communicate results
- Monitor key performance indicators, perform root cause analysis, and implement action plans for continuous improvement
- Process data, build presentations, and record results using Microsoft Office suite
- Update and own process improvement projects in the PPI funnel for VSM area
- Attend Daily Tier meetings with VSM teams and Gemba
- Stay abreast of new developments in business process improvement methodology
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement or other lean manufacturing program
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional team projects with responsibility for results
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask priorities and projects
- Ability to encourage innovation, collaboration, and team efficiency
- Ability to create and deliver training material on lean topics and site initiatives
