We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Process Piping / Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position : Senior Process Piping / Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager
Location : Bethlehem, PA
Type : Full-time
Salary : $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed estimates for process piping and mechanical systems for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant construction projects.
- Oversee all aspects of process piping disciplines for projects, including purchasing negotiation and coordination with field crews.
Experience, Skills, and Attributes Needed :
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in piping and mechanical estimating for industrial construction projects, with a strong focus on water and wastewater treatment.
- In-depth knowledge of piping materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, and Ductile Iron Pipe used in water and wastewater treatment applications.
- Strong personal character, integrity, and a high sense of urgency; punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with AutoCAD and HCSS - Heavy Bid Estimating Software is preferred.
- Understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
