Maintain HR systems data and ensure information is accessible and current. Support HR reporting and provide relevant data to assist in decision-making. Support hiring processes, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure recruitment efforts align with workforce needs. Facilitate policy coordination by preparing required documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable HR guidelines. Support professional development efforts by facilitating workforce learning opportunities and maintaining relevant materials. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and interagency partners to support HR initiatives and workforce programs. Adapt to changing HR requirements and provide support as needed to sustain efficient operations and meet evolving workforce priorities. Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including government / IC environments. Strong knowledge of HR regulations, compliance requirements, and personnel processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR). Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD HR programs. Demonstrated expertise in policy development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Proven ability to operate with discretion in sensitive and classified environments.
