Wilkie Lexus is looking for highly motivated Technology Specialist to join our award winning team.
We are an Elite of Lexus , high volume auto dealer located in Haverford, PA.
The Technology Specialist position is highly recognized with Lexus and a way to grow in the company and the manufacturer.
You will work very independently but closely with our guests and fellow employees in assisting our guests throughout their understanding of the Lexus product.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain guest’s trust and relationship in the Lexus brand through Technology and Service
Responding to guest’s questions about their vehicle’s capabilities by way of phone, email, or in-person demonstration
Working directly with our guests, walking them through the steps to understand a specific feature on their vehicle
Obtain and maintain Lexus Master Certification by taking courses online and in person
Maintain education on product knowledge for current and past Lexus models
The point person for technology questions from guests and fellow employees
Qualifications
You enjoy educating yourself on the latest technology
Outstanding communications skills with effective listening skills
You are highly motivated, detail oriented and self sufficient
Ability to multi-task, take proper notes, and have strong follow up
Valid driver’s license
