Responsibilities
- ClientCoaching andDevelopment :
- Provideoneonone coaching sessions to ourdistributors.
- Develop customized training planstailored to individual client needs andgoals.
- Sales andBusinessDevelopment :
- Conductinterviews and consultations to convert leads intoclients.
- Develop and implement sales strategiesto achieve and exceed salestargets.
- ProgramManagement :
- Monitorclient progress and adjust coaching strategies asnecessary.
- Collect and analyze feedback tocontinually improve coachingprograms.
- RelationshipBuilding :
- Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients understanding theirneeds and providing ongoing support.
- Networkwith industry professionals to build partnerships and expandbusinessopportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience :
- Minimumof 3 years of experience in coaching executive training or arelated field.
- Proven track record in salesbusiness development or clientacquisition.
- Experience working as anindependent contractor or in a remote capacity ispreferred.
- Skills :
- ExcellentEnglish communication and interpersonalskills.
- Strong organizational andtimemanagement abilities.
- Ability to workindependently and manage multiple clientssimultaneously.
- Education :
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Psychology Coaching or a related field ispreferred.
