We are currently seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team to support the Maryland Judiciary Administrative Office of the Courts.

Job Summary : The Senior SharePoint Developer will be responsible for providing ongoing support and development for Microsoft SharePoint applications within the Maryland Judiciary.

The role involves both strategic planning and daytoday support working closely with end users and other stakeholders to ensure seamless SharePoint integration and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop maintain and support Microsoft SharePoint projects.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft products and workflows.
• Support end users with SharePoint applications troubleshooting issues and providing training.
• Analyze design and develop new SharePoint sites and enhance existing ones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for online communication and collaboration.
• Provide management reporting and ensure the creation of designated project deliverables.
• Document code development and workflows for project transparency and continuity.
• Support remote and onsite (Annapolis MD) collaboration three days per week with remote work two days per week.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and system administration.
• Experience in integrating Microsoft Power Apps JavaScript C# SQL and .NET frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint integration with Microsoft products and ability to provide enduser support.
• Familiarity with project management practices and systems development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with peers end users and vendor development staff.
• Experience working in diverse IT environments and presenting project deliverables to senior management.
• Strong knowledge of integrating database capabilities within SharePoint environments.

Work Environment :

• Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite in Annapolis MD; 2 days remote).
• Flexibility to report onsite within 24 hours if required.
• Regular performance evaluations with potential modifications to onsite / remote work balance based on performance.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (EST) with flexibility for extended coverage and oncall support as needed.
