With our closing goals approaching quickly, we have set our intentions high to close out the quarter strong and set ourselves up with some good momentum going into this next season.
That is why we are currently looking to expand our Account Sales team by adding a Telecommunications Account Specialist.
Our newest team member will receive hands-on training from experienced members of our Sales Team to understand the full scope of the position.
Once mastery is displayed, there will be opportunities for further training and advancement. A Telecommunications Account Specialist Will : Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary Follow all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, keeping the safety of all at the forefront of focus Master all client product and service knowledge to educate customers Be trained by experienced members of the Sales Team to be able to master the entry-level aspect of the role Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to consistently stay up to speed Work closely with other Telecommunications Account Specialists to achieve sales goals Requirements of a Telecommunications Account Specialist : High school diploma or GED preferred but not a requirement A Bachelor’s degree in any Business or Economics related field of study is a plus! 1-3 years of experience working in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles A passion for learning and an ability to be coached by senior members of the team A drive for success to excel beyond the minimum expectations An ability to work both independently and in a team environment #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
