Join the YMCA team as a Mentor Coordinator!

Are you passionate about empowering youth and building strong community connections? The YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville is seeking a dedicated Mentor Coordinator to oversee our mentoring program serving schools in Pickens and Liberty, SC.

Some Things You'll Do :

  • Serve as the key relationship-builder with schools, mentors, and community partners.
  • Support the growth and development of the program, helping us expand our positive impact.

Work Environment :

  • This is a hybrid role that offers a combination of remote work and in-person duties.
  • You will have the opportunity to engage directly with your local community while also enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

    • Who We're Looking For :

  • A motivated and organized professional with experience in youth development or volunteer management.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse groups of people.
  • Someone with a proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and drive program success.
