SUMMARY : The Cash management Leader facilitates daily Treasury operations, provides accurate reporting and assists with bank structure management, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with company, department and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company’s cash assets.
Partner with the Director of Treasury to oversee and implement Treasury department initiatives and improvements to provide value to the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Review and set up ACH, wire and FX disbursements; analyze and resolve issues
- Aid in daily cash positioning, reporting and forecasting; troubleshoot daily transaction issues ensuring unusual items are investigated
- Monitor and analyze bank and other fees
- Manage and administer corporate card programs
- Identify opportunities for and support cash movements including documentation of intercompany transfers
- Maintain databases of bank account and other Treasury-related information
- Decision exceptions for ACH and checking Positive Pay banking services
- Supervise maintenance and update signatories and services on bank accounts
- Maintain banking records and legal documentation including audit-related documentation
- Leverage existing banking relationships to open, manage and maintain bank accounts; work with Team to rationalize the company’s choice of key banks
- Identify treasury-related process improvements; recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and security, and incorporate best practices
- Serve as second administrator on online banking and other treasury platforms
- Effectively support internal business partners in setting up new bank accounts, services and handling bank inquiries, and related matters as they relate to treasury transactions and processes
- Assist in Treasury-related M&A activities; support special projects as assigned, including preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
- Develop and support treasury policies, procedures and controls; maintain Treasury documentation
- Work with internal and external auditor.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent years of work experience, and 6 years of relevant / technical work experience or an additional 3 years of specific work experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management / staff.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage company and financial information in a confidential and professional manner.
- Knowledge of banking industry, banking systems, ERP data integrations w / 3rd party systems, credit card processing standards.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS :
- Master’s Degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
- 10 + years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and use judgment to prioritize requests.
- Analytical skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations to write reports and business correspondence in so to effectively present information and respond to questions one-on-one and in group settings with various levels of management, colleagues, and other functional areas.
- Experience managing projects in a fast paced, professional environment that includes collaboration, direct communication, results-oriented leadership style strong attention to detail, but also able to see the overall picture, decisive when confronted with difficult issues, develops well thought out, and creative solutions.
