Die Cast Process Technicians

Pay $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
All shifts available - 7am to 4 : 30 pm Monday-Thursday. Friday is 7-11 am for 40 hours (44 - 50 hours per week is typical, rarely work weekends).

Requirements of a Die Cast Process Technician : :
Working knowledge and minimum three years experience in die casting set up and process control.
Ability to set die cast dies in machine.
Ability to set trim dies in trim press.
Understanding of die cast process control such as die temperature, shot pressure, cycle time, application of die release agent, etc.
Ability to oversee the operation of the die cast cell. Able to remove stuck castings, remove solder, make adjustments to die release agent, adjust temperatures, etc.
to produce quality castings. Able to make minor trim die adjustments to maintain proper trim.
Able to work well with others as part of a team.
3 years experience and have a good working knowledge of die cast setup and process control, understanding of setup and process control.
