Position SummaryMaintenance Technician opportunity with a Tier 1 Automotive client. This is a direct-hire position paying $28.

Position Responsibilities

Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure CNC machines operate efficiently and reliably.

This includes tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and calibration.

• Identifying and diagnosing issues with CNC machines when they arise. This involves using diagnostic tools, analyzing machine performance data, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or software-related problems.
• Conducting repairs and replacements of malfunctioning parts or components to minimize downtime. This may involve repairing or replacing motors, sensors, actuators, or control systems.
• Ensuring that CNC machine software is up to date and properly configured. This may involve updating firmware, adjusting parameters, or troubleshooting software-related issues.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends when required
• 7+ years Experience performing repairs on Mills and lathe cncs
• 7+ years Experience performing troubleshooting, debugging and performing preventative maintenance
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Experience with Pneumatic / Hydraulic
• Experience working with CNC machines
• PLC Knowledge
• Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
