We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Support Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities
- Support the Levitate platform and integrations with external partner APIs
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improving existing software
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering to improve supportability of the product and the overall customer experience
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge bases

Requirements
- 4+ years of application support experience (C#, Java, etc)
- Experience reading and / or debugging code
- Experience using HTTP APIs
- SQL or other database querying expertise. Document databases is a plus
- Experience with logging and metrics tooling
- Able to learn new technologies and techniques
- Works well in a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
