Customer Service Representative

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturing company in the Irving, TX area. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers to ask questions, order products, and receive regular status updates on placed orders
- Pay : $65,000 to $70,000 annually
- First Shift

Job Overview :
- Receive customer orders via phone or e-mail and efficiently enter them into the computer system.
- Print work orders and Bills of Lading for warehouse supervisor.
- Run daily and weekly reports from the computer system to manage open orders.
- Manage backorders by communicating with purchasing regarding incoming inventory.
- Maintain the list of special customer requirements regarding shipments and deliveries.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business customer service focus with at least 2 years in a professional business environment.
- Business-to-business customer service experience.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Chempax is a plus.
