Pay Rate : $36-40 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1 on 1 with an elementary student.
The ideal candidate will have experience with trach care and seizure management, providing vital support throughout the school day and while riding the bus to and from school.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide 1 on 1 medical care and support for the assigned elementary student
- Perform trach care and manage seizures as needed
- Ride the school bus with the student to ensure safe transportation to and from school
- Monitor the students health and respond to medical emergencies
- municate effectively with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
Qualifications :
- Active Oregon LPN license
- Experience with trach care and seizure management required
- Ability to ride the bus with the student
- CPR certification
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM
