The Project Manager / Analyst responsibilities include :
- Lead / participate in all aspects of day-to-day designated construction project management.
- Key liaison to senior leadership, development team, tenants, outside architects, engineers, inspectors, and site subcontractors.
- Establishes, monitors and enforces financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in estimating and bidding processes and tracking costs to meet project budget.
- Review, preparation and approval of contracts and purchase orders to document all ordered work, schedules, projected costs, change orders and technical specifications.
- Review project drawing specifications, submittals and change orders.
- Implement and manage detailed project schedules, tasks and milestones through project completion.
- Provide field support to help ensure contract compliance, quality control and maintenance of a safe work site.
The ideal candidate should have :
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, an Engineering discipline, or Engineering Technology, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial / industrial real estate development / property management industry.
- Proficiency with Procore, Yardi Voyager or comparable commercial real estate management system.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet or similar systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints and engineering / architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, ANSI standards, local and state building codes, environmental codes, and other regulatory or industry guidelines.
- Experience with fast growing companies (with demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment).
- Honesty, integrity and strong communication skills essential, along with a sense of urgency and a desire to work closely as a partner with other members of the company’s management team.
