Title : Business Analyst
Location : Westlake TX or Merrimack NH(2 weeks onsite in a month)
DURATION OF CONTRACT : 12+ months
CANDIDATE PROFILE (MUST HAVES) :
Prior Healthcare and / or insurance industry is preferred.

INTERVIEW PROCESS : TWO rounds
1st - 30 minute behavioral with HM
2nd - 45 minute technical with panel
Experience :
- 5 7 years of Business Analysis experience required
- At least 5 years of direct experience with Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment
- 5 7 of experience in Health & Welfare benefits outsourcing with exposure to flexible benefits, benefits outsourcing record keeping system configuration and implementation
- The ability to critically analyze complex business requirements / product issues.
- Proficient understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environment
- Critical thinking skills and initiative; ability to think across Agile Squads and product categories.
- Ability to function at an elevated level in an exciting Agile work environment.
- Strong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process.
- Strong organizational skills to define and meet deadlines within an Agile squad structure.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
