About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : CVOR Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day 2x12-Hour (06 : 30 - 19 : 00); Day 1x12-Hour (10 : 30 - 23 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Experience : Minimum 2 years.
Must be able to circulate complex cardiac cases, general OR cases, and vascular. Scrubbing cardiac / vascular cases highly preferred.
License : SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract. Certifications : BLS, ACLS (must be AHA) Must-Have : Radiation badge to be provided by agency;
16 hours of non-billable orientation Job Description : Work schedule includes Saturday and Sunday 6 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM and Monday 10 : 30 AM - 11 : 00 PM.
- Possible holiday call requirement; no regular on-call duties.- Engage in complex cardiac, general OR, and vascular case circulation.
- Participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season, if applicable.- Complete initial orientation and required modules pre-start.
- Modules average 4 hours and are included in non-billable orientation hours.- Local candidates may be accepted under specific conditions.
- All requested time off must be submitted during initial submission. Additional Information : Expected to comply with pre-start compliance for the proposed start date.
- Priority given to candidates with SC license in hand, but those with a pending license should provide proof of application.
- Candidates applying must have been separated for one year from previous permanent positions within the health system.- Flu vaccine required, with medical or religious exemptions on offer.
