Who you are

What you’ll do
- You will manage the central reservation system and respond promptly to members and guests
- You will identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type
- You will track and verify room availability and rates
- You will answer questions about property facilities, services and room accommodations
- You will remain up-to-date and familiar with all procedures and policies
- You will process reservation cancellations and modifications and promptly relay the information to the Guest Services front desk
