As a Union and Non-Union company, ColorPro Finishers has the ability to provide the flexibility of offering either Union or Non-Union labor depending on our clients' requirements as well as to offer the right contract and most cost effect proposal to each client.

Our skilled Non-Union employees provide superior expertise in all phases of finishing projects, mainly high-end residential projects.

Job Summary

The Business Analyst will work to contribute and support initiatives and projects; develop and present analytic operational reports;

and create modify, and / or simplify operational processes and procedures.

The Business Analyst also :

• Evaluates business processes, document requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions.
• Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performs requirements analysis, document and communicate the results of analysis efforts.
• Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Helps to manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
• Creates, updates, implements, and maintains procedures.
• Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Performs other duties as required

• Analyze complex information, identify key insights, and develop innovative solutions to ambiguous problems.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
• Build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
• Quickly learn new concepts, embrace feedback, and continuously develop your skills and expertise.
• Demonstrate initiative, take ownership of your work, and inspire others to achieve their best.
