Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and mentor a new team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Establish cross functional relationships, metrics, and team culture norms.
- Sales Velocity Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to increase sales velocity, streamline the sales process, reduce friction points, and accelerate deal closure.
- Relationship Building : Establish and nurture relationships with technology practitioners across various locations to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Business Development : Work diligently to prospect, qualify, and close business, leveraging a consultative approach and conducting effective product demos.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with Sales Engineering (SE) to conduct technical and non-technical web product demos and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Sales Performance Monitoring : Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports, and pipeline management within Salesforce to track performance metrics and drive insights.
- Continuous Improvement : Continuously evaluate sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize sales velocity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of inside sales experience in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on accelerating sales velocity, and New Logo Aquisiton.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to effectively qualify leads and manage a high-volume pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects and team members.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Experience with PLG motion
- Knowledge of complex software in the security and observability space
