Vice President of Data and Report Validation
Position Overview
The VP of Data and Report Validation directs and oversees organizational activities to ensure compliance with policies, goals, and objectives set by the CEO and Board of Directors.
This role ensures the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all data and reports for the Agency, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency for all internal and external reports.
- Oversee assigned departments, ensuring compliance with board policies and goals.
- Lead strategic planning and data reporting processes aligned with agency goals.
- Develop and enforce data validation standards and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor and manage contractual and regulatory reporting obligations.
- Provide leadership in audits, compliance, and risk management.
- Supervise and develop Agency staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, with 2+ years in data systems and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Must be able to travel for meetings and training, with moderate noise levels in the work environment.
