A Front of House Director will serve in Front of House Operations, driving sales, profit, and morale while maintaining quality of taste, speed, cleanliness, and an attentive and courteous team.
Position yearly earnings is based on hourly wages earned from a 38-50 hour work week.

REQUIREMENTS
2 years minimum Chick-fil-A experience (specific to Chick-fil-A, not just Customer Service)
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Ability and willingness to work hands on in the restaurant, supporting operations as needed
- Full availability to be scheduled 38-50 hours a week Monday-Saturday to meet needs of business
