Duties of the Director of Human Resources :
- Supervise a team of 4 in HR
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions
- Handle background checks, fingerprints, screening, and general onboarding
- Process improvements and implementations
- Assist with ideas for staff recognition and team-building events
Requirements of the Director of Human Resources :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years supervisory HR experience
- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
- UKG is highly preferred
