Inside Sales Associate
Alliance Health System, the region's most dynamic multidisciplinary practice, is seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate Inside sales team player to join our team! The ideal candidate will be great at following up, prospecting, and qualifying leads.
Qualified candidates are aggressive charismatic self-starters with proven track records of success.
Summary of Responsibilities :
- Build rapport and relationships with our patients! Understand THEIR GOALS!
- Leave a fantastic first impression with prospects
- Respond to inbound requests
- Organize and categorize leads into Salesforce
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas
- Stand out as a valuable team member, bringing energy in collaboration with all other healthcare disciplines in a team setting to help our patients GET BETTER FASTER!
Requirements :
- Ability to understand customer requirements at the onset of communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Effective communication skills; naturally articulate and able to build rapport
- Passion for developing a career in building relationships
- High energy, team player
- Experience in Salesforce preferred, not required
- Bilingual preferred
