Requirements and Qualifications
What you bring :
- Adheres to all restaurant service standards to help create Ale House Raving Fans
- Food preparation and portioning
- Supports cooks as needed, occasionally being assigned a station
- Ensures compliance with food handling requirements
- Works directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Ensures a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for Cooks
- Ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Food Prep / Dishwasher to take over
- Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
- Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
