Job Overview
The Finance, Operations, and Risk (FOR) organization at LPL is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Strategic Support to facilitate primary strategic support function for LPL’s Chief of Staff.
In this role, the Assistant Vice President will collaborate with the VP, Chief of Staff and executive team members to help facilitate strategic planning and cross-functional change efforts, employee engagement and support key executive reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of successfully working closely with senior leaders, effective storytelling through data, design, and deck building, and strong organizational skills.
A background in consulting, strategy, and / or communications, is preferred.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with leaders, project teams, and partners to build decks for various audiences, including Board of Directors, executive leaders, and department-wide meetings.
Manage deliverable timelines including review and work-back schedules.
Organize department-level meetings and events with business partners.
Actively provide thought partnership to our department leaders
Manage and produce Finance-wide and Board reporting.
Partner with Finance leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress against goals / OKRs.

Requirements :

Experience in finance supporting and implementing financial systems or consulting experience.
Pay Range :
$96,900.00 - $161,500.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
