Responsibilities :

• Develop leads for potential clients in the Santa Monica area.
• Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and skills.
• Follow up on leads diligently until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent.
• Maintain regular communication with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer information for agents using the CRM system.
• Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients.

Qualifications :

• To be eligible for the position of Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Santa Monica, CA, US, candidates must either possess a valid Real Estate License or be actively working towards obtaining one.
• Previous sales experience is a prerequisite for consideration for this role.
• Effective communication skills are vital for engaging with clients successfully.
