For our Global Dynamics 365 team we are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Specialist, focusing on Supply Chain and Operations in an effort to facilitate further automatization of critical business processes for the different companies in the US region.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Specialist has experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the D365 F&O modules and functionalities to streamline and optimize supply chain and operations processes.
To realize this, they have a strong understanding of the D365 F&O technologies accredited with certifications. Technical knowledge is demonstrably underpinned with a foundational knowledge of supply chain management, logistics and inventory processes, as well as knowledge of the F&O databases to be able to build flows and supporting apps on the Power Platform as well as manage EDI and API connections.
The specialist works closely with our global team and specifically our D365 Solution Architect to align these recommendations and enhancements within the solution and to ultimately configure and build solutions accordingly.
By providing ongoing support and training to the different departments, the Supply Chain Specialist works on the adoption of the solutions by the end-users and enables them to effectively use D365 F&O.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage in discussions with stakeholders to propose practical and effective solutions to meet the needs and identify opportunities for critical business process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Translate opportunities into the technical and functional design for D365 F&O and the Power Platform, align them with our Architect so that they can be implemented or configured to enhance supply chain and operations processes.
- Configure designed and approved solutions in D365 F&O and the Power Platform. Build and maintain EDI and API connections that interact with D365 F&O and / or the Power Platform.
- Ensure stability of D365 by aligning proposed solutions to change requests and preventing conflicting configurations.
- Connect globally with your direct peers, other F&O Specialists in the Information Systems department, to share knowledge and align with other D365 competence owners to discuss improvements integrally.
- Ensure successful project delivery by effective multidisciplinary collaboration together with, for example, D365 Project Managers, Test & Change Managers, and Information Technology Specialists.
- Providing guidance (i.e., user guides or configuration documents) and support (i.e., training) to end users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Writing and conducting test scripts to ensure the system functionality is working appropriately.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting systems issues and work closely with the technical team to resolve them.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and functionalities in D365 F&O.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
- Proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
- Commitment to the mission of Enstall
Where You'll Be Located
This is a hybrid position (2 days / week in the office, or more when business needs dictate) and will be based in any of our main office locations (North Andover, MA, Hayward, CA or Tempe, AZ).
What We’ll Offer
We offer competitive compensation determined by everyone’s relevant experience, skills, education, and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $120,000 and $150,000 annually, if located in the Boston Area market.
In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
