Base pay range

$300,000.00 / yr - $400,000.00 / yr

A large international manufacturing company headquartered in Chicago is seeking a seasoned CFO . If you are a proven financial leader who enjoys working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As the CFO, you will :

• Provide leadership and financial direction to the finance department.
• Contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing long and short-range goal setting and strategic direction for the organization.
• Guide financial decisions and protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as internal controls.
• Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Prepare special reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing financial data, information, and trends.
• Maintain results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
