LEGAL PROJECT COORDINATOR

The team member in this role will focus on a wide range of projects that focus on making our businesses better from an efficiency, technology, and quality perspective.

There will be high level involvement with operational functions, heavy collaboration with leadership, as well as using data reporting and analysis to drive decision making.

This role has a lot of variety and autonomy. The role will also represent leadership in meetings and lead key initiatives.

The team member in this role will be encouraged to bring forth ideas and observations to continuously take UWM to new heights.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This role will be project based and focused on digging into processes to identify ways to implement technology or process to increase efficiency.

You will assist in ensuring the floor is running smoothly, pull and analyze data, communicate with training on any needs, scrutinize the process to see where technology can be implemented, and identify ways to improve various processes.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications :

• Onsite attendance is required
• 1-2 years of project facilitation experience
• Mortgage or finance experience
• Experience with Excel
• Keen attention to detail
• A positive, winning attitude & a yes mentality
• The love of a fast paced, high energy work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge and skills
• Ability to Multi-task
