Litigation Attorney - Tulsa Office

Our growing law firm seeks a talented litigation attorney for our Tulsa office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of litigation experience, with defense work or DA or ADA experience being a plus.

Key Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
• Active Oklahoma Bar membership in good standing
• Defense work experience preferred
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities :

• Handle various stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court appearances
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage case files and meet deadlines consistently
• Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation for excellence
