JOB SUMMARY :
The Regional Agency Services Manager is responsible for handling all aspects of the program entity setup process, including : daily maintenance of rates, program adjustments, underwriting, fee distribution and reporting.
The Regional Agency Services Manager will work in conjunction with the Sales & Operations Leadership to ensure best practices are followed across the region to maximize Program Entity profitability and streamline the Program Entity setup process to ensure consistent and standardized processes.
The Regional Administrator must possess strong customer service skills, superior communication, and strong attention to detail to ensure accurate financing documentation & Program Entity setup.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure that all underwriting processes are completed in a timely fashion and in compliance with all applicable underwriting policies and procedures of the company.
- Customer Profile setup and maintenance within internal systems.
- Completion of monthly fraud reports and other duties as assigned.
- Provide general region sales support by seeking and distributing marketing materials, assisting Account Executives, Sales Executives, and Regional Leaders in the servicing of our customers
- Fee Distribution & Maintenance including coordination with Account Executives, Sales Executives and others are required.
- Handle more complex fee payments, creating required documentation including spreadsheets and monthly statements.
- Be knowledgeable of IPFS's Best Practices and review procedural changes to ensure compliance with the organizations' policies and procedure
