Job Description :
- Obtaining potential new client / repeat client information for estimates.
- Checking in on potential clients who had estimates done.
- Quickbooks inputting
- Payroll inputting
- Helping to maintain an organized daily operation.
- Month end reports
- Basic secretarial duties such as answering phones, making calls, setting up appointments
Experience :
- 3-5 years secretarial experience
- Quickbooks
Requirements :
- Must have Quickbooks experience
- Need to be comfortable and knowledgeable with program
- Great customer service skills
- Organized
