Position Overview : The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk at ID Logistics plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of invoices within the accounts payable department.

Responsible for receiving, verifying, and processing invoices, this position involves managing purchase orders and payments from suppliers and customers, helping to maintain an organized and efficient accounting function. Key Responsibilities :

• Process and accurately enter invoices into procurement and invoicing software systems.
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded in alignment with company financial protocols.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and organized accounts payable records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to invoicing and product receiving.
• Support the Accounts Payable Manager with various accounts payable (AP) tasks and special projects as needed.
• Adhere to corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and promptly report any noncompliance.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year(s) of Accounts Payable experience or internal employees with 1+ year of ID Logistics company experience with accounting education experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a professional administrative setting
