Key Responsibilities :
As an LPN with Total Care Connections, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and companionship. Your duties will include :
- Providing personalized in-home care and support for all activities of daily living
- Assisting with healthcare needs, including catheter care, medication management, IV management, and more
- Helping clients with ambulation, personal hygiene, and physical therapy exercises
- Ensuring exceptional service as outlined in each client's customized care plan
Requirements :
- Valid LPN or RN License in Arizona
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Recent TB Test
- Ability to use your own vehicle during work hours with valid insurance and a driver's license
- Open availability preferred
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
