PAY : $104,000 - $130,000 per year

Summary :
Coordinates and oversees contract execution, serving as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.
Facilitates collaboration between engineering, certification, supply chain, and external vendors.
Acting as the direct customer contact for prototype, technical, and moderately valued contracts.
Ensuring project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met, including post-delivery support.
Leading team cohesiveness through strong communication and leadership.
Managing contract requirements and ensuring compliance from both business and customer sides.
Organizing contractual meetings, program reviews, and status updates.
Guiding the Change Order process within approved thresholds.
Overseeing Modification Center schedules and activities.
Maintaining communication with customers and executive management on project statuses.
Negotiating delivery dates, costs, or contract terms when necessary.
Facilitating problem-solving and providing team leadership to resolve conflicts.
Required Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Aerospace and aircraft interior industry experience required.
Proven ability to meet schedule, budget, and SOW requirements.
Strong technical, certification, and project management knowledge.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Ability to travel and work outside core business hours as needed.
