The position offers a competitive pay range of $29 - $33 per hour , with the possibility of transitioning into a salaried role based on experience and performance.

This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the scheduling of our nurses and healthcare staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare staffing, possess excellent organizational skills, and be committed to ensuring optimal staffing levels to support the care needs of our residents. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain nurse and healthcare staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for all 3 daily shifts in both our Bloomington and Medina.
• Monitor and update schedules based on staff availability, time-off requests, etc.
• Foster a positive work environment, focusing on staff satisfaction and retention through excellent scheduling practices.
• Rotating on call schedule Qualifications :
• Previous experience in healthcare staffing or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
• Familiarity with scheduling software or systems is a plus.
