Travel is required.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction projects.

From day one, you'll be responsible for overseeing the field operations of a project, ensuring timely completion within budget and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely project completion.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure the work meets high standards.
• Communicate effectively with the project team regarding RFIs and material submittals.
• Ensure subcontractors are executing their work per the contracted scope.
• Identify and resolve construction conflicts in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain a detailed daily log of job site activities.
• Ensure the job site remains clean and well-organized.
• Complete punch list items as projects progress and close out.

Qualifications :

• Willingness to travel.
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction trades.
• Ability to write reports and effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Proven track record managing and directing subcontractors.
• Proficient in reading blueprints.
