Overview : We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Webpage Developer & Database Administrator to take our websites to the next level for the optimal user experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, owning, and managing the RDI Technologies and FASTEC Imaging websites.

The role involves content management, e-commerce and site maintenance, integration of website to our CRM and ERP systems, analytics reporting and traffic monitoring to drive an engaging, intuitive user experience for our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand website requirements and objectives.
• Use best practices to develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress CMS and associated plug ins (Yoast, All in One).
• Management of WooCommerce e-commerce platform.
• Ensure websites are optimized for technical performance, on-page SEO, security, accessibility and optimal user experience.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for visual content and brand elements.
• Expertise in performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
• Integration of website metrics into SalesForce.
• Optimization of Sales Force and Net Suite databases.

Front-end Development and Maintenance Tasks :

• Develop new design templates that align with website objectives.
• Regularly update and maintain website content.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues or bugs promptly.
• Perform routine checks and optimize website performance, security, and SEO.
• Implement stakeholder changes and enhancements efficiently.
• Regularly report on website traffic and engagement.

Adapting to the Changing Digital Landscape :

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development and digital marketing.
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adapt to new challenges and tasks as the digital landscape evolves.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sequel Server, and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience with WordPress content management system.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics for performance tracking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methods.

Your Profile / What We Are Looking For :

• 2+ years of experience as a web developer and / or directly related degree.
• A mixture of creative and technical acumen and can work in a fast-paced environment.
