About the Opportunity

The Clinton Foundation Marketing and Communications team is responsible for developing external communications, campaigns, and creative content in service of advancing the work of the Clinton Foundation and understanding of President Clinton’s lifetime of public service.

This team of communicators is comprised of writers, marketers, producers, media specialists, content and digital strategists, metrics and data analysts, and creative professionals.

The Senior Associate, Digital Marketing will play an important role in executing digital marketing strategies to increase awareness and understanding of the work of the Clinton Foundation.

The ideal candidate has exceptional writing and proofreading skills, a keen eye for detail, a knack for storytelling, and a desire to learn and grow.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Must be able to commute routinely to our office in Manhattan.

This role is also project-based, and is a four month opportunity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Digital marketing support : Support the digital team in executing digital marketing strategies. This may include drafting and publishing social media posts, coordinating the development of creative assets, setting up email newsletters, publishing updates to the website, and more.
  • Writing : Produce clear and compelling copy for various digital channels, adhering to brand voice and following best practices for each platform.
  • Branding : Review, proofread, and edit materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and drive greater consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Other marketing support : Provide additional support on marketing team projects, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

What we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or public relations required
  • Experience working with high-profile brands and / or individuals is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, including ability to adhere to company-specific style guides
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing landscape, best practices, and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
  • Excellent judgment and discretion
  • Ability to work in a varying schedule including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, and work on multiple time zones, as necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $56 - 61K annually, depending on the experience you bring.

This role is eligible for overtime pay. This range is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.
