Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Administrator at Heritage Pools, LLC in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing validation rules, analytical skills, dashboards, Salesforce.
com administration, and effective communication related to the Salesforce platform on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
MUST BE ABLE TO REPORT TO OFFICE IN NORTH CHARLESTON, SC DAILY
- Experience in Salesforce.com Administration, flow creating and creating validation rules
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics
- Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards in Salesforce
- Serve as on-site point person for proactive system changes and development with operational teams.
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Relevant Salesforce certifications / experience in Field Service, Accounting Seed and CPQ managed packages a plus!
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred)
