Responsibilities
- Direct monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting processes as well as monthly variance analysis, opportunity and risk updates to the guidance forecast
- Identify sources of growth / drains using data and working with Revenue Growth Management to lead the Sales Organization EBITDA improvement initiatives
- Analyze productivity drivers, identify risks and opportunities to business performance, work cross functionally to implement or support recommended actions
- Analyze the standard gross and operating margins in partnership with Revenue Growth Management on a recurring basis and work with data management, sales and operations to understand the significant variations
- Develop and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting across the Sales organization
- Provide sophisticated financial analysis to business unit leadership, supporting strategic, operational and financial objectives
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- 10+ years demonstrated and progressive Finance / Accounting leadership
- 6+ years Leadership and people development
- 4+ years Consumer packages goods experience
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- SAP (S&D, Finance, AR), Microsoft Office Suite, Margin Minder
