Experienced applicants start with a $42,240 base salary and top performers earned an additional $20,000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities

- Sales Support : Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that align with their needs and financial goals.
- Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Policy Recommendations : Recommend insurance products and services based on clients' individual needs and circumstances.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and relevant information in compliance with company policies.
- Professional Development : Stay informed about insurance industry trends, policies, and regulations to offer informed advice and recommendations.
Requirement
- Licensing : Possess or acquire a valid Tennessee insurance license.
- Experience : Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related field.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Customer-Focused : Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.
