We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HYBRID Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation related matters, from the initial stages of discovery through trial and post-trial findings and appeals.
The role requires a deep understanding of the legal process, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
This is a hybrid role that will require both in-office and remote work.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Manage electronic and paper case files meticulously and ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for attorneys, summarizing the facts, legal issues, and arguments in each case.
- Assist attorneys during depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR by organizing exhibits, assisting with witness preparation, and handling other necessary tasks.
- Use litigation support software such as Casepoint and Relativity to manage e-discovery, document review, and other litigation tasks.
- Draft Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests as directed by attorneys.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Experience in environmental law is a plus.
- Proficiency in litigation support software such as Casepoint and Relativity.
- Strong understanding of the e-discovery process and experience managing large document reviews.
- Excellent legal research skills and familiarity with legal databases and research tools.
- Ability to draft clear and effective FOIA requests.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
