Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure non-partner materials comply with legal and regulatory requirementsFacilitate reviews and discussions related to non-partner communications across the organizationMaintain and monitor the credit card compliance program and conduct annual lender compliance due diligenceRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or marketing review, preferably in banking or fintechFamiliarity with credit card compliance and consumer banking regulations (GLBA, Reg Z, Reg E, etc.
Experience with database administration and various platforms like WordPressExperience in reviewing direct mail, email marketing, and copyrightProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
